Has life become overwhelming?  Do you often feel defeated or unsure of your purpose?  Please know that you are not alone in your experiences. It can be challenging to trust enough to talk about what you are going through. I provide a safe and sacred space to talk about your thoughts and feelings without judgment. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in becoming the best version of yourself.

I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma recovery, relationship and family conflict, quarter-life crisis and transition, self-esteem, and provide coping skills and strategies. My approach to therapy is centered on client empowerment and strength.  I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness to assist clients in responding to their own lives in positive ways based on their dreams, goals, and values.

Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling, hanging out with family and friends, trying out new restaurants, and being a dog mom!
