As a Licensed Therapist and former Certified Personal Trainer, I can provide you with support and coping strategies to help overcome the emotional, mental and physical barriers to reaching your weight loss goals. Change happens from the inside out. You have to first change your mind before you can change your body.

Anyone can keep doing the same thing but when you recognize that you are unhappy and unhealthy and decide to do something about it, you ignite the internal process of change and move one step closer to living the life your want.

Online Therapy Available

I meet with clients in the office and online. Online therapy is an ideal and convenient way to meet with a therapist. It is proven to be just as effective as meeting in person. Our video platform is user-friendly and secure. All you need is a private place to talk and internet connection.

Rates

$200 - Initial Intake Session 
$150 - Individual Therapy/Coaching Session

Sessions are 45-50 minutes in length and often held bi-weekly.

All major credit cards accepted for payment.  Payment is due at time of service.
