Kesha Trotter, QMHP
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate life’s challenges. The depression, grief, trauma, and weight of low self-esteem leaves you feeling empty and stuck. You don’t have to face life alone. I am here to walk with you on your path toward healing, empowerment, and personal growth.
I specialize in supporting adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship and family challenges, stress management, challenges with self-esteem, and trauma, including childhood, domestic abuse and sexual violence.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Strength-Based principles, with the option of including a Christian perspective if that aligns with your journey.
I love spending meaningful moments with my husband and daughter in my free time, exercising, getting lost in a good movie or book, and enjoying weekend brunch.
