Life often contains unexpected events and difficult challenges that leave us feeling lost and unsure. Grief, trauma, relationship struggles, life transition, work-related issues, addiction, existential or spiritual doubts, and persistent feelings of guilt, shame, and inadequacy. These experiences can be demoralizing and defeating but also provide an immense opportunity for growth.
This is where therapy enters the picture. I believe therapy is a transformative journey of self-discovery, personal awakening, empowerment, and healing. I provide a relaxed and nonjudgmental space to get the tools you need to navigate life with greater clarity, ease, and resilience.
I work with adults and specialize in men’s issues, anxiety, addiction, depression, anger management, and traumatic backgrounds. I view therapy as a collaborative effort and use multiple therapy approaches, including CBT, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness Therapy.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
