Radia Deluna, LPC
When a lot is happening in the world and at home, it can be hard to make sense of your own thoughts and feelings. Let’s make sense of the messiness of life together.
As a queer, bicultural, liberation-focused therapist, I firmly believe that our problems do not exist in a vacuum. It is essential to understand how your personal experiences and context have shaped the person you are today. In my work, I aim to co-create a non-judgmental, sanctuary space that is rooted in empathy and collaboration. I value creating a warm space where we can both be authentically us!
I work with adults experiencing/managing depression, anxiety, identity changes, LGBTQIA+ concerns, relationship challenges, reproductive health, self-worth issues, and varying types of trauma (sexual, gender-based, state-sanctioned, socio-political, etc). My approach to therapy is grounded in culturally informed practices that integrates Relational-Cultural and Psychodynamic theory with cognitive behavioral and trauma-informed interventions.
In my free time, I love watching reality TV, reading, spending time with my friends and family, and playing with my dog (Blue) and cat (Obie).
