Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, conflict in your relationships, low confidence, lack of direction, or the effects of past trauma? If so, you are not alone. I know what emotional pain feels like. I also know that healing is possible. You can come out on the other side better and stronger than before. You can create a new beginning. If you are ready, I will help and support you in a genuine and nonjudgmental way.
I am passionate about working with adults and teenagers who struggle with depression, anxiety, diminished confidence, stress management, obesity, relationship conflict, and men’s issues. My approach to therapy is strength-based and goal-oriented. We will work together to identify and reach your unique, individual goals. I utilize CBT, Solution Focused, Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Therapy.
As a former personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, I spent years helping people tap into their true potential and strength, mentally and physically. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection and often incorporate movement into my practice with clients.
In my free time, I enjoy working out, spending time with my children, reading about philosophy and personal development, and the beach. I’m an art, music, and comedy lover. I also enjoying mentoring and speaking events with high school students.
